Molly Reinhardt

Molly Reinhardt is an experienced employment lawyer and litigator representing clients in workplace disputes and advising clients on high-stakes employment matters throughout Colorado. Her practice focuses on employment counseling, wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, and employment litigation, with an emphasis on strategic, results-driven advocacy.

Before practicing law, Ms. Reinhardt spent nearly seven years as a sales consultant, where she developed advanced negotiation, persuasion, and client-advocacy skills that continue to inform her litigation style. She later worked in public education, gaining firsthand experience with regulatory compliance, accommodations, and individualized decision-making under federal and state law—experience that now strengthens her employment counseling and litigation strategy

Ms. Reinhardt earned her Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where she distinguished herself in trial advocacy and appellate competition. She was a finalist in two national moot court competitions, received multiple C.A.L.I. Excellence for the Future Awards, and was selected for the Ethics Committee, Board of Advocates, and The Order of Barristers, honors reserved for students demonstrating exceptional advocacy skill and professional judgment. During law school, she also interned with the Louisiana Court of Appeal, First Circuit, and the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources, gaining exposure to judicial decision-making and complex civil litigation

Ms. Reinhardt completed part of her legal education at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she received a Scholastic Excellence Award, participated in the Civil Practice Lab, and completed a mediation practicum, conducting mediations in Denver County Small Claims Court and through the Better Business Bureau. This experience informs her strategic use of negotiation and alternative dispute resolution when appropriate, without compromising litigation readiness

Following graduation, Ms. Reinhardt clerked for the Honorable John Wheeler of the Arapahoe County District Court, working on a civil docket and appellate matters. This judicial clerkship provided direct insight into how courts evaluate evidence, credibility, and legal arguments—perspective she now applies to motion practice, case strategy, and trial preparation. After her clerkship, she began practicing employment law on Colorado’s Western Slope before returning to the Front Range where she focuses her practice on employment litigation, counseling, and mediation.

Ms. Reinhardt has substantial experience representing employees in employment litigation, including successfully negotiating severance and separation agreements, resolving claims through pre-litigation negotiation, and litigating matters through dispositive motion practice and trial. Her experience includes prevailing on summary judgment motions and obtaining favorable outcomes at trial, as well as resolving cases efficiently when early resolution serves the client’s interests.
